Perry O. Ballard is a Principal of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford, Mr. Ballard served as a Vice President of GTCR. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Ballard received a B.A. in Economics, with highest distinction and honors, from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
