Jonathan T. Oka is a Vice President of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford, Mr. Oka served as an associate of GTCR. Mr. Oka has also worked at McKesson Corporation and as a mergers and acquisitions analyst with Lazard Freres and Co. in New York.

Mr. Oka holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
