Charles E. Glew, Jr. is a Senior Principal of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to founding Flexpoint Partners, Mr. Glew served as a Principal of GTCR. Mr. Glew's investment experience also includes four years at Summit Partners, where he co-led the firm's investment in TAC Bancshares. Mr. Glew has also worked at Sun Microsystems and as an analyst with the Corporate Finance Group at Citicorp.

Mr. Glew received an A.B. in economics, cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he received the Henry Ford II Award for graduating first in his class and where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
