We look to invest $20 to $300 million of our own equity in each opportunity, but will lead transactions of any size. In financial services, we will invest across a large spectrum of opportunities, from small growing companies to large troubled institutions that need guidance through a turnaround. In healthcare, we generally seek to invest in growing companies with positive cash flow.

Although we typically acquire majority equity ownership, we will also invest in companies through a broad range of investment structures, including structured minority equity investment in either private or public companies, negotiated transactions involving preferred stock or debt securities, and public market purchases of equity or distressed debt.
